Registered customers can view information about a particular order by logging into "My Account" and clicking 'Orders' under the Account Dashboard field, then clicking on the order number.
Registered customer's can locate their entire purchase history for the entirety of the account within the Order's Section of the My Account dashboard. Guest checkout order's can be referenced by contacting us at 754-701-1797 or at info@woodyspaper.com
We offer free delivery on qualifying orders with a minimum purchase. The minimum purchase required varies and is based upon the geographic location of the delivery. The minimum purchase is calculated after discounts and before taxes are applied.
We begin to process your order as soon as you click, "Place Order" on our "Checkout" page. After we start processing your order, it may be possible to cancel it before its shipped by contact your local Woody's Paper customer representative at 754-701-1797. If you decide that you no longer want to receive the order and it is too late to cancel it, you can simply refuse the order upon delivery or return any unwanted items.
Any product that has been opened/used and is considered to ineligible for re-sell. Any product missing the serial number or UPC. Any product that's classified as a hazardous materials or that use flammable liquids or gases (contact the manufacturer directly for service, warranty, return, and refund information).
