Woody’s Return Policy

Here at Woody’s, we are grateful that you chose us for your purchases, and we want to make sure that process is pleasant. All returns that are within 30 days of the date of your invoice or receipt will be accepted. Some restrictions may apply and are dependent on the nature of the return and the condition of the item(s) purchased. If you have any questions or are considering returning an item and need assistance, please contact us for further information and to begin processing your return by phone or email.

Return restrictions may include but are not limited to:

• Non-delivered/non-shipped items that have been opened and/or damaged.
• Non-stocked and special order or back ordered items.
• Wholesale quantities and/or priced items may require a restocking fee.
• All clearance priced item sales are final.
• Return shipping costs are not included with any returns.
• Items over 30 days may be considered on an individual basis.
